day 335 : ho scale

day 335: All throughout architecture school we always thought it was funny that they sold little ho scale people at model train stores (where we would buy model building supplies). I was out at the model train store on Thursday getting trees for my mega-model and saw these, which are hilarious! Who’s putting a wedding bouquet toss into their model train setup? So weird!

day 332 : we really need to do this

day 332: Ben and I have officially realized that our new dog is going to require some training… his reaction when we come home after being out of the house for a couple of hours is to jump up on his hind legs and literally hug us with his front paws … not letting go and jumping back up again if we put his feet back on the ground. It’s nice to know you’ve been missed, but I don’t think our guests will really appreciate the enthusiasm. Doggy training here we come!

day 330 : gorgeous wedding!

day 330: This afternoon I shot a wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. The bride was absolutely stunning, but the best part was she was SO excited to get married! I love a bride who beams all day. She was just radiating love! It was fabulous! My compact flash cards are still downloading onto my computer (it’s late and time for bed) but this one caught my eye as I was glancing through the getting ready shots.
