day 16: today Allison and I went head to head with dueling cameras at Disneyland. I like this one because she’s got the camera aimed and ready to go, even though she’s not looking through it.

day 15: The day’s not over yet and I may take a better picture later on, but I’m quite proud of my first finished cake so I just had to make that today’s photo.

day 14: I have discovered that the tricky part of the one a day challenge is not taking a photo a day, but DECIDING at the end of each day which one is best. There were a couple of other ones I loved from today but I guess I’ll just have to find somewhere else to post them…

day 13: Today was very very busy. I didn’t get a chance to stop long enough pick up a camera until after my night school class. So a photo of a parking garage it is!

day 12: Today after work we were driving to Manhattan Beach and the sunset was shaping up to be a good one so I had my camera at the ready. When we pulled up to a deserted light alongside this car I knew I had my photo of the day!

day 11: Today was a cloudy drizzly day, which went well with my mood. To commemorate the moody day, here’s a moody photo.

day 10: I spent the entire evening working on the new layout for my illustration website so I didn’t have time to go out looking for a great photo before it got dark. At least there’s always indoor lighting and my trusty husband as a subject!

day 9: I got my new portrait volunteers! Thank you Allison and Mark, I hope you like your photos.

day 8: ok, I didn’t post this on Saturday. But I did take it Saturday and that’s what really counts. Taken during my cake class. Mmmmm cherry filling.

day 7: Well I’ve officially completed week 1 of the photo-a-day challenge. Ending the week with my absolute favorite treat (and current obsession) pinkberry. mmmmm.
